Just take a clove of garlic.  Scrape it against the raspy spiral center.  Add olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.  Break up some crusty French bread... and dip.  You and your dinner guests will be in for a tasty treat.  This one is in our Turquoise-Brown color combination, accented with a swish of red.  All the pieces in this offering are from the same kiln firing and have been very closely matched in color and pattern.  It would make a wonderful gift.
